Permablitz Hawaii is a reciprocal volunteer network that utilizes a pay-it-forward structure to organize interested community members in the design and implementation of permaculture-based outdoor spaces.
Free volunteer workdays are held monthly to transform sites ranging from backyards to school campuses into more verdant, functional & productive spaces in a single day. Hands-on workshops and peer-to-peer learning are an integral part of the experience, and once participants help out at 3 workdays, they are eligible for the network to blitz a place of their choosing.
